How do I limit/shape Internet speed both up- and downlink?

Did you crash in to the problem too?

I have searched a long time for something like Netlimiter, but for Linux! I have tried a couple of them, but most of them does only limit the uplink, but for me it is more important to limit the download because I share my ADSL link with my neighbours.

I search the Internet once more and after a long time I found the page Wonder Shaper and got happy again. It was rather simple to use too.
