How do I install Fedora Core 2 linux without a bootable CDROM?
Did you crash in to the problem too?
I was looking for a boot.img, but found that it was way to big for a floppy!
I search the Internet and found the page Installing Fedora Core 2 without a bootable CDROM drive and got happy again, for a few seconds, till I didn't find the loadlin-1.6c file. But I did find it on a RedHat 9 CD.
Well, when I was at this point I modified a Win98SE bootdisc and added loadlin to it. So if you want it, is't here!
Use rawrite (DOS) or dd if=bootdisc.img of=/dev/fd0 (Linux)
Thanks to all that publish their problem solutions!
